Served 8 years in the US. Army as a Forward Observer and the Brigade Targeting NCO. With 2 combat tours to Sadr City Iraq (06-08, 08-10) with the 1st Brigade Combat Team 1st Cavalry Division out of Fort Hood Texas.
During his 1st deployment Jessy received a TBI from a rocket attack and has been given a 100% rating from PTS.
Post service, Jessy's Professional resume includes, State Chapter President for the NWTF. Traditional Marketing Executive, Small Business owner and one of Battle Dawgs Founding Members.
As Director of Operations for Battle Dawgs, Jessy has used his experience with PTS and TBI to support numerous veterans through outdoor rehabilitation. He created a program where not only veterans can find peace with their inner demons but also build pride with mentorship to others suffering.
He also created one of Battle Dawg's main fundraising events bringing the local community together to host the Midnight Sun golf scramble. An annual event with local businesses and community leaders. 100% of the funds raised goes directly to warrior camps!
Personally Jessy is a Single father of two young children, Jessalyn and Wyatt. These children are Jessy’s main priority in life.
Passions include hunting and fishing, hiking, archery, snowboarding, golfing, and rock climbing, and exploring this great state.
